Initial Consultation
This consultation is designed for you to connect with the Ayurvedic Practitioner in order to learn as much as possible about your current state of health, diet and lifestyle, and health history. During this time, your Ayurvedic Practitioner will work with you to understand your health through an Ayurvedic and functional lens and address immediate needs with their guidance. Education is shared on steps to consider taking for optimal health. Typically, the meeting lasts about 90 minutes to allow time for a thorough intake assessment.

Ayurvedic Consultations
Your appointment time will be spent revisiting your diet and lifestyle habits. We will focus our time on three primary health concerns, expand upon prior education, and offer additional education with specific steps and tools to increase understanding of how you can better understand your body and take initiative of your own health.

Ayurvedic Treatments
Ayurvedic treatments include various basti treatments, marma, yoga, meditation, and more. An Ayurvedic Consultation with our Ayurvedic Practitioner is required prior to consideration for our Ayurvedic treatments.

Workshops & Facilitation
These workshops offer education and insight to improved wellness through an Ayurvedic and Functional Nutrition lens. Our workshops provide participants with information, practices, and tools, invoking a desire to further explore one’s health and this life on a physical, mental and spiritual level.

Strategic Planning
This partnership supports agencies in improving the efficacy and wellbeing of the organization, programming, and the individuals comprised of it. We look at the physical, mental, and emotional conditions of staff and members who utilize an agency’s services and create a plan to address identified needs. Coordination of implementation and further evaluation can also be included.
